By using our website or booking services with Coyote Clean, you agree to the following terms:

Services

Coyote Clean provides residential and commercial exterior cleaning services, including:

  • Pressure washing

All services are performed based on the agreed scope at the time of booking.

Estimates and Pricing

  • Quotes are based on the information provided

  • Final pricing may change if on-site conditions differ

  • Any changes will be communicated before work begins

Scheduling and Cancellations

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance

  • We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling

  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or safety conditions

Access to Property

Customers agree to:

  • Provide safe and clear access to all service areas

  • Secure pets prior to service

  • Inform us of any hazards or special conditions

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed

  • We accept approved forms of payment including card, cash, or electronic payment

Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to deliver high-quality, streak-free results.
If you are not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to address the issue.

Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Arizona law:

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including:

    • Scratched or weakened glass

    • Failed window seals

    • Oxidation or staining on surfaces

    • Improper installation or aging materials

  • Cleaning may reveal pre-existing defects that were not previously visible

  • We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages

Solar Panel Cleaning Disclaimer

Customers acknowledge:

  • Panels may have pre-existing wear or defects

  • Cleaning improves performance but does not guarantee efficiency gains

Weather and Safety

We reserve the right to delay or cancel services due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Unsafe job site conditions

Safety decisions are made at our sole discretion.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
